Michael is the Chairman of the Board of Directors, President of the Members and Chief Executive Officer of DM³ Investments. Prior to co‐founding DM³, Michael ran his own real estate investment company and boutique investment bank, Schostak Enterprises. Before going out on his own, Michael was an Associate in Lehman Brothers’ Global Technology and Real Estate Investment Banking groups. Michael has also worked at the Pentagon as a federal government contractor performing financial analysis and long‐range information strategy policy planning for the U.S. Department of Defense. Michael holds a Series‐7 securities license, and a Top Secret U.S. Department of Defense security clearance. Michael received an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan Business School, and a B.S. Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in Finance, Management and Real Estate.

Mike is the Vice Chairman of the Board, Vice President of the Members and Chief Operations Officer of DM³ Investments. In addition to his responsibilities with DM³, Mike is working with Metro Detroit Housing Empowerment, which is a non‐ profit company looking to help people realize their dream of being a home owner. Prior to co‐founding DM³, Mike started CAN‐AM RX, which was a groundbreaking Detroit‐based company that aided senior citizens with their healthcare needs. In addition Mike has worked for former U.S. Senator Spencer Abraham in both Washington D.C and Detroit. Mike graduated with a B.A. in International Relations from Michigan State University’s James Madison College. In addition Mike is a candidate for an M.A. in Public Administration from Oakland University. Mike also holds a health insurance license in the State of Michigan.

Matt is General Counsel and Executive Secretary, Secretary of the Boards of Directors and Members, and Chief Technology Officer of DM³ Investments. In addition to his duties with DM³, Matt runs his own law practice, Cohn PLLC, that specializes in business entity creation, business and individual tax planning, and complex criminal defense. Prior to graduating law school, Matt was a summer clerk for the Hon. Marilyn Kelly of the Michigan Supreme Court where he focused on criminal and real property appeals. Matt received his J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, and a B.S. in Classical Archaeology from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Matt is a candidate for an L.L.M. in taxation from Wayne State University. Matt is licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan.

Charles is Executive Vice President and Chief Acquisitions Officer of DM³ Investments. Before joining DM³, Charles was an Executive Loan Officer and Team Leader with a mortgage brokerage company called Borrowers Network. Charles still maintains a business relationship with Borrowers Network and continues to broker mortgages on a referral basis to them. Prior to Borrowers Network, Charles was with the Quicken Loans Company, where he earned world class training while obtaining licenses for 44 U.S. states to conduct business as a mortgage loan officer. Charles received his B.A. from Western Michigan University in Sociology and Criminal Justice.
